How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

Continental U.S. Shipping

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

Orders shipped within the Continental United States follow the guidelines below:

  • FREE shipping on orders over $50.00
  • Orders under $50.00 are charged a $5.99 shipping fee

International Shipping

  • All international orders are shipped via USPS Mail
  • International orders must be placed by emailing Sales@HealthAidAmerica.com
  • Prior to shipping, we will weigh the package and email you the total shipping cost for approval before billing and shipping

Please note:

  • Some countries have restrictions on the importation of dietary products and may impose additional customs duties or taxes
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local Customs Office for current regulations
  • If an order is returned to HealthAid, shipping fees are not refundable
  • We cannot ship to international P.O. Boxes; a street address is required
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or customer error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs billed to HealthAid

Return Policy

  • Please call or email us if there are any issues with your order
  • We do not accept returns on opened products without prior approval
  • All returns must be pre-authorized
  • Returns are not accepted after 30 days from purchase

 

 

How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?
  1. Visit the product page and choose the product you’d like to receive regularly
  2. Select “Subscribe & Save” instead of a one-time purchase
  3. Choose your delivery frequency (every 30, 60, or 90 days)
  4. Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout
  5. Enter your payment and shipping details to complete your order
  6. Manage your subscription anytime by logging into your account to pause, skip, or cancel deliveries
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept the following payment methods for online purchases:

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
