How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

Continental USA Shipping

  • Orders over $75.00 that are shipped within the Continental United States are shipped FREE!
  • Orders under $75 are charged $5.99.
  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO and Puerto Rico do not qualify for free shipping. They are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail, and charged the exact cost of shipping. We will email you the shipping cost and wait for your approval of the charge before billing or shipping your order.

 

International Shipping

  • Shipped via USPS Mail.
  • All International orders need to be emailed to Sales@HealthAidAmerica.com. Prior to shipping we will weigh the package and e-mail the total for your approval before billing and shipping
  • Some countries have restrictions on the importation of dietary supplements as well as additional customs duties and taxes. It is you’re the customer's responsibility to inquire at your country's Customs Office to obtain the most current information. Should any order be returned to HealthAid, the shipping fees are not refundable.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes internationally; you must provide a street address.
  • If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to HealthAid for the return of the package.
  • All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.

You may request a package be sent Next Day or Second Day Air by contacting our customer service department at 1-800-320-5699 or email Sales@HealthAidAmerica.com.

Return Policy

  • Call or email if there are any problems with your order.
  • We do not accept returns on opened product without prior approval.
  • All returns need to be pre authorized.
  • We do not accept any returns after 30 days.
How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?
  • Go to the product page – Choose the supplement you’d like to subscribe to.
  • Select “Subscribe & Save” – Pick the subscription option instead of “one-time purchase.”
  • Choose your delivery frequency – Example: every 30, 60, or 90 days.
  • Add to cart & checkout – The subscription plan will be shown in your cart.
  • Enter payment & shipping details – Complete checkout as usual.
  • Manage your subscription anytime – After purchase, you can log into your account to pause, skip, or cancel deliveries.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
