Continental U.S. Shipping
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.
Orders shipped within the Continental United States follow the guidelines below:
- FREE shipping on orders over $50.00
- Orders under $50.00 are charged a $5.99 shipping fee
International Shipping
- All international orders are shipped via USPS Mail
- International orders must be placed by emailing Sales@
HealthAidAmerica.com - Prior to shipping, we will weigh the package and email you the total shipping cost for approval before billing and shipping
Please note:
- Some countries have restrictions on the importation of dietary products and may impose additional customs duties or taxes
- It is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local Customs Office for current regulations
- If an order is returned to HealthAid, shipping fees are not refundable
- We cannot ship to international P.O. Boxes; a street address is required
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or customer error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs billed to HealthAid

- We do not accept returns on opened products without prior approval
- All returns must be pre-authorized
